Domaine Serge Laloue
Sancerre  . Chavignol

Sancerre Rouge 2009 **

Franck and Christine Laloue continue in the footsteps of their father, Serge, working with the same philosophy, respect for the environment (crop cover between the vines, sexual confusion, limited treatments, etc.). Their 2009 is intense ruby in colour, enlivened with violet highlights. The nose reveals that some of this cuvée was barrel-aged, but with great discretion and moderation: aromas of red berries stand out amidst vanilla and roasted notes. Harmonious on the palate as well. Soft at first with perfectly integrated tannins and a delectable finish.
